GRAPES
There are twenty varieties of grape authorised as part of the denomination of Ycoden Daute Isora.
The white varieties include:
Listán blanco, gual, vijariego, marmajuelo, malvasía, moscatel, bermejuela, bastardo blanco, pedro ximénez, torrontés, verdello, forastera blanco and sabro.
The red varieties include:
Listán negro, negramoll, tintilla, bastardo negro, malvasía negro, baboso, vijariego negro.

 Listán Blanco
Adult leaf is orbicular, trilobular, and average in size. Average fruit, with visible, conical peduncule (racemose), which can sometimes be cylindrical. The berry is spherical and yellow in colour. |

Malvasía Blanca
Adult leaf is orbicular, and small-average in size. Cylindrical winged fruit, average size and medium compactness. Round berry, small in size, clear juice and fleshy pulp. Particular flavour with high acidity in maturation. |

Listán Negro
Medium-sized, orbicular, trilobular adult leaf. Average fruit, with regular and conical shape. Average sized black, spherical berry with clear juice, average skin and fleshy pulp. |

Gual
Medium-sized, orbicular, trilobular adult leaf. Average fruit, with visible, conical peduncule (racemose), which can be cylindrical. The berry is spherical and yellow in colour. |

Negramoll
Medium-sized adult leaf, cordiform. Average fruit, conical- branched. Medium-sized berry, black, oval and fleshy pulp. |

Marmajuelo
Medium-small sized adult leaf, cuniform. Compact fruit, medium-sized. Elliptical berry, cut and yellow-green in colour. High acidity during maturation. |

Tintilla
Large, pentagonal, pentalobular adult leaf. Compact fruit with cylindrical shape. Small spherical berry, with blue-black skin. |

Verdello
Medium-small adult leaf, cuniform-cudiform. Small fruit. Medium berry, elliptical-cut, green-yellow skin. |
