CLIMATE

Average temperatures vary between 19ºC and maximums of 35ºC with average rainfall of 400mm/year.

Our climate can be considered typically Mediterranean; it is characterised by trade winds: humid winds from the Northwest which blow throughout the year, making up a fundamental element, particularly in the summer when they are more intense.

The humidity provided by these winds is a significant contribution to the development of the vines. Another unique characteristic of our climate is the influence of the Atlantic Ocean.
